The staff seemed to lack warmth and friendliness, making the atmosphere feel a bit cold and impersonal. The hotel lacked holiday decorations or festive cheer, making it feel like a boring place to spend Christmas.

Amazing hotel! We had a romantic escape and were floored by the amenities. the room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view. the staff was so friendly and attentive, and they even went above and beyond in surprising us with champagne and chocolates. the breakfast was heavenly; we especially loved the omelette station and the fresh pastries. the hotel is also perfectly located, close to great restaurants and shopping.

The noise level. the walls were a bit thin so we could hear the guests in the neighboring room.

We loved staying at this hotel in Taicang. The facilities were clean and modern, and the staff was exceptional. The breakfast had a wide variety of options from various cultures, and the staff even made us a delicious latte. We also appreciated that they could provide an English-speaking person to assist us.

This hotel is located in a nice area near some big markets and a mall. the room and bathroom are clean, and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is good, and the hotel offers some nice facilities.

The temperature in the elevator waiting area is uncomfortably hot.
